1. You are allowed to cancel your booking without penalty within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation.
2. If cancellation occurs 30 days or more before your scheduled check-in date, a 50% refund of the booking cost will be issued. However, please note that bookings are non-refundable if canceled less than 30 days prior to the check-in date.
3. Regardless of the timing, a 3.50% credit card processing fee is non-refundable.
4. For bookings made within a week or less prior to the check-in date, we regret to inform you that no refunds are available (the 48-hour cancellation grace period does not apply to these bookings).
5. Please be aware that disruptions to travel plans due to COVID-19 are not covered under our Extenuating Circumstances policy.
6. If your booking was made through a third-party platform, we recommend you review their respective cancellation policies as they may differ from ours.
